Experienced Drivers must have 1 year verifiable, first seat over the road (48 states) tractor-trailer experience within the past 2 years, and a valid CDL license with HazMat endorsement.

For accelerated students who do not meet the above requirements the following programs apply:

6-11 months experience:

• 1-2 weeks with trainer

Less than 6 months experience:

• 2-4 weeks with trainer

Total training weeks are determined by the training director after evaluation of experience and performance of trainee and road test.

After successfully completing this OTR training program you will be assigned your own truck (no slip seating) running solo earning mileage pay, fuel bonus, variance bonuses, load/unload, and extra stop/pickup pay.
