Year 2000 Certification (Y2K):

At Stevens, we are well prepared to tackle head-on the anticipated technological dilemmas which will be created at the turn of the century. Unfortunately, many computer systems may not be equipped to handle the move from two to four digit coding. Fortunately for our customers, we have received Y2K certification on all of our operating systems: EDI, PC, AS400 mainframe. Additionally, we have modernized our comprehensive telephone system to best accommodate the needs of the 21st century. We utilized the ADD-ON Company to determine whether our systems were in compliance according to their Y2K standards. We received a "compliant" status classification which indicates that our systems either do not contain date sensitive components or that they meet their definition of Y2K compliance.
